Now Playing plugin for Noatun
The Noatun Now Playing plugin displays album information about the currently playing song.
Current album information includes:
- Album, artist, track title, year and genre*
- Similar albums
- General album details, including:
- UPC Code
- Release Date
- Record Label
- Number of discs in album
- Discography of the artist
* Items marked with an asterisk are obtained from the ID3 tag.
Album information which is not obtained from the ID3 tag is retrieved from Amazon.com using the public web services API's described here:
